Form (rupa, gzugs)
This division of functioning thing comprises those things which are suitable
to be indicated as forms. Some forms are also suitable to become the object of a sense consciousness upon
the aggregation of other causes, such as the presence of an eye sense. Other forms, however, are perceived
only by a mental consciousness.
In the Sautrantika School, form and matter are synonymous. But in the Prasangika School, matter is not
asserted.
