Trainees seeking liberation who (1) see that effects depending on the collection of causes and conditions for all phenomena—those that are the environments and beings created by the actions and afflictions of the world, and those passed beyond the world—are always inevitable, even to the smallest detail, and who (2) thoroughly destroy the object which is misapprehended by a conceptual mode of apprehension due to apprehending true [existence] on the object observed by such [a mode]—those valid cognizers have entered the unmistaken path pleasing the Buddhas and their children.
